The firm is highly specialized in divorce and family division, with a proven track record of working closely with lawyers. These cases are often legally and emotionally complex, and our dedicated department, established in 2017 and led by Liliane DIARRA, has a strong track record of success.
ESTATE PLANNING DEPARTMENT
We help French and international clients organize, manage, and protect their personal and professional assets held in France and abroad. Headed by Clarisse Josse, our team of experts provides tailored-made solutions to ensure a secure legal and tax environment. CO-OWNERSHIP DEPARTMENT
We realised that many co-owners and property management companies were experiencing management difficulties, so we set up a dedicated service in 2020. The number of cases handled is limited, but allows us to deal efficiently with requests for the creation and sale of common areas, the drafting of co-ownership regulations, updates, extensions, demergers or dissolutions.
