We help French and international clients organize, manage, and protect their personal and professional assets held in France and abroad. CO-OWNERSHIP DEPARTMENT
We realised that many co-owners and property management companies were experiencing management difficulties, so we set up a dedicated service in 2020. The number of cases handled is limited, but allows us to deal efficiently with requests for the creation and sale of common areas, the drafting of co-ownership regulations, updates, extensions, demergers or dissolutions.
